On the Government’s October regular meeting

On November 2 the Government held its October regular meeting where it heard:

- The Finance Minister presenting a draft decree on lottery business, betting and prize-winning games;

- The Minister-Director of the Government Office summarizing cabinet members’ comments on the draft decree providing for medical examination and treatment and medical material norms for people engaged in cipher work; reporting on the implementation of compulsory medical insurance for relatives of cipher personnel, and on policies towards laborers in bankrupt state enterprises and towards managers of reorganized state enterprises;

- The Planning and Investment Minister’s report on production, business and investment in October and the socio-economic situation in the first 10 months of 2006; the Trade Minister’s report on trade situation in October; the Finance Minister’s report on management and administration of market prices in 2006 and orientations for administration of goods and service prices in 2007; and the Government Inspector General’s report on inspection, settlement of complaints and denunciations, and corruption combat.- (Summary)
