Under this Decision, which shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” the artistic-architectural relic of Kpopum Meanche Pagoda in Ninh Thanh Loi commune, Hong Dan district, Bac Lieu province, is ranked as a national relic.- (Summary)
