DECISION
Promulgating the Regulation on order of and procedures for submission, appraisal, consideration and approval of mineral deposits in mineral exploration reports
This Decision shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replace Decisions No. 9309/QDHD of March 8, 1993, No. 40/QDHD of March 10, 1974, No. 41/QDHD of March 10, 1974, and No. 29/QDHD of December 6, 1973, of the Chairman of the Council for Consideration and Appraisal of Mineral Deposits.- (Summary)
