CIRCULAR
Guiding the implementation of a number of provisions of the Government’s Decree No. 67/2005/ND-CP of May 19, 2005, which details the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Judicial Expertise within the people’s public security force
This Circular shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replace the Regulation on Criminal-Technique Expertise issued together with Decision No. 19/QD-BNV of March 11, 1987, of the Minister of the Interior (now the Minister of Public Security).- (Summary)
