On a number of urgent measures to prevent and eradicate brown rice leaf-hopper, rice grassy stunt disease and rice ragged stunt disease

The Prime Minister sets down several measures to be applied immediately by concerned ministries and localities in order to promptly prevent and combat the epidemics and protect rice production in the Mekong River delta.- (Summary)
