Extend the validity of the obligation provided for in Law No 25,422 for the Recovery of Sheep Farming. Sanctioned: May 4, 2011 Enacted in Fact: May 30, 2011
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
ARTICLE 1-Prorroguese for ten (10) years from 5 April 2011, the validity of the obligation referred to in Article 16 of Law 25,422 for the Recovery of Sheep Farming.
Article 2-Elevate the minimum amount to be included in the Fund for the Recovery of the Ovine Activity (FRAO) from the date of validity of the extension, in the sum of PESOS EIGHTY MILLION ($80,000,000).
ARTICLE 3-Commune to the national executive branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE FOUR DAYS OF THE MONTH OF MAY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND ELEVEN. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,680-JULY C. C. COBOS. -EDUARDO A. FELLNER. -Enrique Hidalgo. -Juan H. Estrada.
