The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
ARTICLE 1-Restituyase to the government of the province of San Juan the citizen flag that captained the 4th Division of the Army of the Andes under the command of Juan Manuel Cabot, and that it was declared a provincial historical patrimony by law 7659 of 24 of November 2005.
ARTICLE 2-Contact the national executive branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE THIRTEEN DAYS OF THE MONTH OF APRIL OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND ELEVEN. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,676-JULY C. C. COBOS. -EDUARDO A. FELLNER. -Enrique Hidalgo. -Luis G. Borsani.
