Approve the Convention on Work in the Fisheries Sector-Convention 188-adopted by the General Conference of the International Labour Organization, in Geneva, Swiss Confederation. Sanctioned: March 16, 2011 Enacted in Fact: April 7, 2011
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE CONVENTION ON THE WORK IN THE FISHERIES SECTOR -CONVENTION 188-adopted by the General Conference of the INTERNATIONAL LABOR ORGANIZATION, in Geneva-SWISS CONFEDERATION-on 15 June 2007, which consists of fifty-one-year-old SWISS- FOUR (54) articles and THREE (3) annexes, the authenticated photocopy of which is part of this law.
ARTICLE 2-Contact the national executive branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON 16 MAR 2011. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,669-JULY C. C. COBOS. -EDUARDO A. FELLNER. -Enrique Hidalgo. -Juan H. Estrada.
