The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Buy a customs seat in the city of General Pico, province of La Pampa. ARTICLE 2 The Directorate-General of Customs, pursuant to Article 9(2) of Decree 618/97, shall establish the class, nature and importance of operations, regimes and destinations that may be carried out therein.

Article 3 Please refer to the Federal Public Income Administration (AFIP) to establish or modify the territorial jurisdiction of customs, taking into account, inter alia, the rationalization or efficiency of service or international traffic.

ARTICLE 4 The expenditure required to comply with the provisions of the present Act shall be met by budgetary credits assigned to the General Customs Directorate. ARTICLE 5o Contact the national executive branch.
