The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Appropriate the Convention on CULTURAL COOPERATION between the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC and the REPUBLIC DE CUBA, signed in Havana .REPUBLICA DE CUBA el on 13 October 2003, consisting of QUINCE (15) articles, whose photocopy authenticated is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 Contact the national executive branch.
