ARTICLE 1 — Incorporate the Children ' s Maternity Plan as part of the Argentine Republic ' s Compulsory Medical Programme —Resolutions of the Ministry of Health 201/02 and 1991/05 and Modative and Complementary Standards — the Bacilo de Calmette and Guérin (BCG) vaccine for the pediatric population of the national territory.
ARTICLE 2 — The provisions of this Act cover newborns prior to the arrival of maternity homes in the public, private and social sectors, according to the national vaccination schedule.
ARTICLE 3o — Please note that, if there is any contraindication by which you leave without having received the BCG vaccine, it will be stated that it indicates the reason for non-implementation as per article 13 of Act 22,909.
ARTICLE 4o — The Ministry of Health of the Nation, and the respective health authorities, shall be the authority to apply in the national jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 5o — This law shall enter into force from the 90th (90) days of publication.
ARTICLE 6o — Contact the national executive branch.
