ARTICLE 1 — Agree on the GUARANI AGREEMENT, held between the ARGENTIN REPUBLIC, the FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF BRAZIL, the REPUBLIC OF PARAGUAY and the ORIENTAL REPUBLIC OF URUGUAY, in San Juan — ARGENTINA REPUBLIC — on 2 August 2010, which consists of VEINTIDOSco (2)
