ARTICLE 1 — DInclude national historical place, under the terms of law 12.665, to the oil well No. 1, located in the city of Plaza Huincul, Neuquén province.
ARTICLE 2° — The National Commission of Museums and Monuments and Historic Places, under the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, will implement all that is relevant to the implementation of this law.
