Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Use a Braille System safety instructive for all airline flights.
ARTICLE 2° — This instructive must be a fruitful transcription to the Braille System of which it is located on all the aerocommercial aircraft operated by state lines.
ARTICLE 3° — The transcript will be carried out by the National Editor Braille and Book Parlante, a public body belonging to the Ministry of Social Development of the Nation.
ARTICLE 4° — The enforcement authority will be the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC).
ARTICLE 5° — Contact the national executive branch.
