Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Approve the provisions of resolution 166/XXXV called the Ninth Replenishment of the Resources of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), adopted by the Governing Council at its thirty-fifth (35) session, dated 23 February 2012, whose authenticated copy is part of the present law as Annex I, as far as the Argentine Republic has decided to pay the sum of up to US$ 7.500 million.
ARTICLE 2 — Authorize the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic to make in the name and on behalf of the Argentine Republic the contributions and subscriptions established by this law.
ARTICLE 3 — In order to cope with the emerging payments of this law, the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic shall have the corresponding counterpart contributions that shall be provided by the Ministry of Finance Ministry of Public Economy and Finance, after the inclusion of such an erogation in the General Budget Law of the National Administration for the relevant periods.
