Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Enter the 7th of October of each year as the National Day of Identity Villera, in homage to Father Carlos Mugica on the anniversary of his birth.
ARTICLE 2 The Ministry of Education of the Nation, within the framework of the Federal Council of Education, will promote the incorporation in the school calendar of the date mentioned in the preceding article and implement activities aimed at disseminating among the pupils the knowledge and meaning of the commemoration by highlighting the values that make up the villera identity such as solidarity, optimism, hope, generosity, humility and value for the collective.
ARTICLE 3 — Invite the provincial educational courts and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to accede to this law.
ARTICLE 4 Contact the national executive branch.
