ARTICLE 1 — Deplore public utility and subject to expropriation the property identified with registration 184000/6, Catalan nomenclature: 06-03-01-0012-000016, located on Viamonte 5329 street in the town of Chacras de Coria, Mendoza province, with everything planted and attached to it, known as “Casa Mazzolari-Cerutti” or “Casa Grande”.
ARTICLE 2 The executive branch shall have the transfer of the property referred to in the preceding article to the National Archive of Memory, which shall assign it to the operation of a space for the promotion of policies of memory and the dissemination and defence of human rights, which shall be dependent on the Secretariat for Human Rights.
ARTICLE 3 — The expropriation shall be covered by the Human Rights Secretariat, with the budget for the following year of the sanction of this law.
ARTICLE 4 The price of the property shall be determined according to the provisions of law 21.499.
