INMUEBLES Law 27493 Transfer. The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force
Law:
Article 1 - Please transfer to the province of Misiones the domain of a property Plaza Guillermo Brown located on the block 14, section 01, department 13, municipality 57, of the Puerto Panambí.
Art. 2° - The transfer provided for in Article 1 is carried out with the charge that the beneficiary will carry it out with the operation of a public square and a new municipal building.
Article 3 - The Executive Power shall take the appropriate measures to comply with the respective domain transfers established in previous articles, within a period of sixty (60) days from the entry into force of this law.
Art. 4° - A period of ten (10) years is set for the fulfilment of the provisions of Article 2°; which, without the mediating observance, will proceed to the retrocession of the domain of this transfer of full law.
Article 5 - The costs required by this law are borne by the beneficiary.
