The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress etc., sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Determine the national health emergency for the fight against the plague of the cotton spiced. ARTICLE 2 Please inform the Ministry of Economy of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food of the necessary measures to coordinate the fight against this pest. ARTICLE 3 Please refer to the Chief of Staff of Ministers to make the budgetary adjustments required by this project in order to meet the erogations required by the mission imposed by article 1.
