The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 A First Instance Prosecutor ' s Office and a Public Defender ' s Office for Children and Incapaces, who will serve in the Federal Court of First Instance of Blue, with a seat in the city of Tandil, Buenos Aires province. ARTICLE 2 Refer to the charges of Prosecutor, Public Defender of Children and Incages and of the Officials and Employees referred to in Annex I, which is part of this Act. ARTICLE 3 The resources required to comply with this Act shall be included in the General Budget for Public Administration, with charge to the Public Prosecutor ' s Office, from the next year.
