INMUEBLES Ley 25.714 Transfer to free title, a property located in the Province of Santa Cruz, Zona Río Gallegos, in favor of the Municipality of Río Turbio, Province of Santa Cruz. Sanctioned: November 28, 2002. Promulgated: December 13, 2002.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc., sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 O Please transfer to the Municipality of Río Turbio, Province of Santa Cruz, the approximate area of 5,948 ha. 87 a. 27 ca. 78 dm2 or the one that in more or less results of the definitive messure, which were not incorporated into the Pliego of Bases and Conditions of the concession of the Carboniferous Sites of Río Turbio, of the property located in the Province of Santa Cruz, Zona Río Gallegos, located in the southeast part of the section 87 and part north of the lot fractionio 135, registered under the 48° I of the Register of the Property of the Province and with the following description:

Starting from the Ith III-17 (Vertice 1) and with an internal angle of 101° 11 Â 50" measured from the visual directed to the Ith III-16 will be measured on the line thus fixed a distance of 193.30 m, thus determining the Vertice 2. From this Vertice and with an internal angle of 165° 27' 50", a distance of 868.00 m will be measured on the line, thus determining the Vertice 3. From the Vetice and with an internal angle of 179° 51⁄4", a distance of 398.40 m will be measured on the line thus fixed, thus determining the Vertice 4. From this Vertice and with an internal angle of 175° 00' 40", a distance of 1630.30 m will be measured on the line, thus determining the Vertice 5. From the Vetice and with an internal angle of 193° 08° 40", a distance of 1149.80 m will be measured on the line, thus determining the Vertice 6. From this vertex and with an internal angle of 172° 12° 50", a distance of 2898.80 m will be measured on the line thus fixed, thus reaching the Hito III-19 (Vertice 7). From the Vetice and with an internal angle of 97° 25° 50", a distance of 3351.10 m will be measured on the line thus fixed, thus determining the Vertice 8. From the Vetice and with an internal angle of 176° 28° 50", a distance of 3634.30 m will be measured on the line thus fixed. From this Vertice and with an internal angle of 87° 30° 25", a distance of 7560,00 m will be measured on the line, thus determining the Vertice 10. From the Vetice and with an inner angle of 180° 00, the line will be measured on the line thus fixed a distance of 3240.71 m, thus determining the Vertice 11. From the Vetice and with an internal angle of 107° 33° 45", a distance of 430,00 m will be measured on the line, thus determining the Vertice 12. From the Vetice and with an internal angle of 172° 00 the 40", it will continue on the line thus fixed until its intersection with the International Limit with the Republic of Chile, thus determining the Vertice 13. From this Vetice will be followed by the International Limit to the Item III- 17, starting point of this description.

ARTICLE 2° O The Municipality of Río Turbio will take care of the corresponding messura and all other expenses that will erode or accrue the transfer in question. ARTICLE 3° O The transfer of land indicated in Article 1 is intended to regularize the catastral and dominance situation of the population currently occupying the land.
