The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Amend article 17 of Decree-Law 6582/58, ratified by Act No. 14.467 (t. by Decree No. 4560/73), to read as follows:Article 17: The registration of an embargo on a motor vehicle shall expire at three (3) years of its notice in the Register.
The registration of a general inhibition in the National Register of Automotive Property shall expire in full right at five (5) years of its annotation in the Register.
ARTICLE 2 Contact the Executive.IN THE SESSION OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN GOOD AIRES, TO THE SEIS DIAS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR.
