ARTICLE 1 Replace article 156 of the National Electoral Code (Act 19.945 . t.o. Decree 2135/83 and its amendments) with the following:Article 156: National senators from the provinces and the City of Buenos Aires will be directly elected by the people of the same ones that will be considered to this end as electoral districts.
Each elector will vote for an official list with two candidates and two alternates.
