The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 The original composition of the Federal Appeals Chamber of Posadas, as provided for in article 2 of Act No. 23,138, is therefore restored. ARTICLE 2 The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation may provide for the establishment of the staff of the House and the Federal Courts of First Instance of Posadas and El Dorado to the extent necessary as a result of the abolition of charges arising from the application of the previous article.
