CODIGO ENAL Law 25.528 Crimes against public health. Amendment of article 206 of the Criminal Code.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Incorporate as second paragraph of article 206 of the Criminal Code the following:

If the violation of the above rules is committed by the imposition of an animal which, according to the circumstances, should be suspected from an offence, the penalty shall be eight months to two years ' imprisonment.

The penalty shall be one to three years when the illicit origin of the animal is known. If you do so a regular activity, you will also be liable to a penalty of special disqualification for a period of time.
