The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Please provide a new period of UN (1) year, starting from the publication in the Official Gazette of this Law, to take advantage of the benefits established by Laws 24.043 and 24.411, their supplements and amendments, and submit the request required by them. ARTICLE 2 The national executive branch shall include in the draft comprehensive budget law of the national administration for the year 2004 the necessary provision for the payment of the emerging benefits of the aforementioned laws.
