The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Add a second paragraph to article 2 of Act No. 23.753, which shall read as follows:

Article 2o.- Diabetes will not be a cause of impediment to employment, both in the public and private spheres.

Failure to recognize this right shall be regarded as a discriminatory act under Act No. 23.592.
