The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Replace article 44 of Law 24,331 and its amendments, with the following:

Article 44: If, within the period of QUINCE (15) years of formalization of the agreement between the Nation and the province, the infrastructure works provided for in the installation project shall not begin, the right to the establishment of the French zone in question shall expire.

ARTICLE 2 Contact the Executive.
