The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 The broadcasting services covered by Act No. 22,285 that set out health-related issues should clearly and legally inform or display the name, surname and registration number of the professional or specialist summoned.

ARTICLE 2 In the event of non-compliance with the provisions of article 1, the penalties provided for in Act No. 22,285 shall apply.

ARTICLE 3 The enforcement authority of this Act is the Federal Broadcasting Committee.
