The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1o el Replace Article 2 of Law 23.225 with the following:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship shall organize the celebration in public action and shall arbitrate the means for the effective implementation of this law.
