Law:

ARTICLE 1 Transfer to the province of Río Negro free of charge the fraction of land belonging to the national state designated catastrally as 18-1-W-010-03, originated by the characteristic mensura plane No. 443/77 and according to domain registration to Tomo 653, Folio 111, Finca 131.042.

ARTICLE 2 The transfer provided for in the previous article is carried out with the charge of affecting the property described in the development of a social project linked to the shelter and recreation of retirees and pensioners residing in the province of Río Negro.

Article 3 The costs required by the present will be borne by the beneficiary.
