ARTICLE 1o . Declárase National Rally Capital to the city of Mina Clavero, province of Córdoba.

ARTICLE 2o . Introduce yourself on March 10 as the National Day of Argentine Rally, a date commemorating the physical disappearance of the motor racer Jorge Raúl RECALDE.
