In use of the powers conferred by Article 5 of the Statute for the National Reorganization Process,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA SANCIONA NATION AND PROMULGA WITH FORCE OF LEY:

ARTICLE 1 Increase the authorizations to spend from Special Account No. 408 de Presidency of the Nation - Compliance Decree-Law No. 18.302/69 "S" corresponding to Character 1 of the General Budget of the National Administration for the year 1976, in the sum of SEISCIENTOS VEINTICINCO MILLONES DE PESOS ($ 625,000.000), in accordance with the article annexing to the plan.

ARTICLE 2 Increasing the existing "Figure Cats" of Jurisdiction 20 - Presidency of the Nation, in the sum of SEISCIENTS VEINTICINCO MILLONES OF PESOS ($ 625,000.000), according to the detail working in a plan annex to this article.

Article 3 Modify the current Resource Calculation of Special Account No. 408 . Presidency of the Nation . Compliance Decree-Law No. 18.302/69 "S", according to the provisions of the table annexed to this article.

ARTICLE 4 The greatest expenditure resulting from the application of this Act shall be met from General Rent.

ARTICLE 5o Communicate, register and archvese.
