In use of the powers conferred by article 5 of the Statute for the National Reorganization Process,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA SANCIONA NATION AND PROMULGA WITH FORCE OF LEY:

ARTICLE 1 Authorize the acceptance of the honours conferred by foreign governments, as follows:

- General of Division Don CARLOS ENRIQUE LAIDLAW; decorations "MEDALLA DE HONOR DE GUERRA POLITICA" and "BANDERA RESPLANDECIENTE" in the degree of "GRAN CORDON" granted by the Government of the Republic of China and "ORDEN TO THE MERITO IN NATIONAL SECURITY MATERIA", granted by the Government of the Republic of Korea.

- General of Division Don LEOPOLDO FORTUNATO GALTIERI; decorations "CRUZ PERUANA AL MERITO MILITAR" in the degree of "GRAN OFICIAL", granted by the Government of the Republic of Peru; "CRUZ OF TERRESTRES VENEZOLANAS" in its Second Class, granted by the Government of the Republic of Paraguay"

- Brigade General Don LUIS SANTIAGO MARTELLA; decorations "ORDEN OF THE MILITAR MERITO JOSE MARIA CORDOBA" in the degree of "COMENDADOR" and "ORDEN SANMARTINIANA" in the degree of "COMENDADOR", granted by the Government of the Republic of Colombia.

- Brigade General Don EUGENIO GUAÑABENS PERELLO; decoration "ESTRELLA TO MERITO MILITAR", granted by the Government of the Republic of Chile.

- Infantry Colonel Don ROBERTO OSCAR TERRILE; decorations "MEDALLA DE HONOR DE GUERRA POLITICA" and "BANDERA RESPLANDECIENTE" in the degree of "SPECIAL CORBATA", granted by the Government of the Republic of China.

- Colonel of Artillery Don HORACIO OSCAR ROTTA; decoration "BANDERA RESPLANDECIENTE" in the degree of "CORBATA", awarded by the Government of the Republic of China.

- Colonel of Infantry (R) Don ROBERTO ARTUROSHAW; decorations "NATIONAL OREM DO CRUZEIRO DO SUL" in the degree of "GREAT OFFICIAL", granted by the Government of the United States of Brazil; "YACUCHO MILITAR PROJECT", in the degree of "CABALLERO", granted by the Government of the Republic of Peru and

- Colonel of Cavalry (R) Don JULIAN GAZARI BARROSO; decoration "CRUZ PERUANA AL MERITO MILITAR" in the degree of "COMENDADOR", granted by the Government of the Republic of Peru.

- Lieutenant Colonel of Artillery Don JORGE ALBERTO BAVASTRO; decoration "ORDEN DEL MERITO MILITAR" in the degree of "OFICIAL", granted by the Government of the Republic of Paraguay.

- Major of Engineers Don WASHINGTON MANUEL SALVADORES; decoration "MEDALLA DE LA LUZ BRILLANTE" granted by the Government of the Republic of China.

- Major of Infantry Don CARLOS MARIA ZABALA; decoration "PROCER DE LA LIBERTAD GENERAL DE DIVISION JOSE MIGUEL LANZA" in the degree of "CABALLERO", awarded by the Government of the Republic of Bolivia.

- Major of Artillery, Don FLORENCIO ALBERTO OLMOS; decoration "CRUZ del MERITO MILITAR WITH A BLANCO DE 1ra CLASE" granted by the Government of the Kingdom of Spain.

- Sergeant ANIBAL Veterinary Nursing EDGARDO ALEGRE; decoration "MEDALLA DORADA DE LA REPUBLIC DE AUSTRIA", granted by the Government of the Federal Republic of Austria.
