In use of the powers conferred by article 5 of the Statute for the National Reorganization Process,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA SANCIONA NATION AND PROMULGA WITH FORCE OF LEY:
ARTICLE 1 Replace article 4 of Decree-Law Nro. 5535/63, replaced by the Nros Acts. 19,106, 21,493 and 21,717, for the following:"ARTICULO 4o.- The Ministers, Secretaries of State and Assistant Secretaries, shall receive as a salary the percentage indicated in each case of the amount appropriate to the President of the Nation for that purpose:

"In addition, they will receive an amount equal to the OCHENTA and OCHO by reason of their salary (88%).
ARTICLE 2 The provisions of this Act shall govern from 1 January 1980. Article 3 Communicate, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
