ARTICLE 1 Delete from the National Relapse Registry and other records of all national and provincial defence and security agencies, all existing precedents relating to sentencing and rulings issued by the Stable Special War Councils established by regulations 21.264 and 21.463 of the last de facto Government.

ARTICLE 2 All backgrounds referred to in Article 1 shall be incorporated into the National Archive of Memory, with a copy to the General Archive of the Nation.
