ARTICLE 1 Amend article 8 of Act No. 19,279 to read as follows:

Article 8: Faccinate the Bank of the Argentine Nation to grant loans for the acquisition of nationally manufactured motors, to the beneficiaries covered by Article 3, limiting the amount of those to SETENTA BY SCIENTO (70%) of the state contribution that is awarded in each case.
