ARTICLE 1 Protract from the time limit of NOVTA (90) working days, from its expiry the period referred to in article 1 of Act No. 26.177.

ARTICLE 2 As long as the Restructuring Unit is not issued with respect to the provisions of Act No. 26,177, the mutual mortgages involved cannot be executed, and the delay will not accrue compensatory or punitive interests, or expenses incurred by the debtor, as the present is declared in public order.
