ARTICLE 1 Declárase zone of disaster and economic and social emergency by the time of CIENTO OCHENTA (180) days, from March 10, 2007, extended by the executive branch, to the provinces of Entre Ríos, Santa Fe, affected parties of the province of Buenos Aires, and the departments Roque Saénz Peña, Marcos Juárez, San Justo, Unión, General Roca, Río Cuarto and Juárez Celman of the province of Córdoba. ARTICLE 2 The national executive branch will provide a special item to address infrastructure works and measures of protection to economies in the areas mentioned in Article 1. Article 3 Commend the national executive branch with the expansion of funds for the coverage of social plans during the period of the emergency declaration in the geographical area of the declaration, as well as the adoption of measures to preserve and restore production and employment relations. ARTICLE 4 During the time of the emergency established by this Act, the possibility of hiring property in the disaster zones detailed in article 1 is exceptionally authorized, for periods less than those provided for in article 2 of Law 23.091. ARTICLE 5o The national executive branch will implement through the Bank of the Argentine Nation a funding line at preferential rates and with a period of grace, not less than SEIS (6) months, for the reconstruction of affected family homes and affected productive sectors in the areas covered by this law, in accordance with the requirements established by the said financial agency. ARTICLE 6 Please refer to the national executive branch to implement special payment regimes by the Federal Public Income Administration (AFIP) and the National Social Security Administration (ANSES) which expressly employs the affected taxpayers under Article 1.
