The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Protract until 31 December 2009 the validity of Act No. 26,204, which was extended by similar Act No. 26,339.

ARTICLE 2 This law shall enter into force on 1 January 2009.
