NATIONAL FERIATES Law 26.416 Transfer of the national holiday on 12 October. Sanctioned: October 1, 2008. Promulgated: October 1, 2008.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 The national holiday of October 12 that coincides with Tuesday and Wednesday will be transferred to the previous Monday and the one that coincides with the days Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be transferred to the next Monday.

ARTICLE 2 This law will begin to govern from its publication in the Official Gazette.
