Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Exempt the constitution of the Fund established in Article 8 of Chapter II of Title II of Law 26.060 for a term of ten (10) years from the date of entry into force of this Law.
ARTICLE 2° — Increase by weights a hundred and sixty million ($ 160,000.000) the Fund for Compensation of Income for Algodone Production (FCIPA) created by Article 7 of Chapter I of Title II of Law 26.060. This amount that may be increased in terms of economic circumstances that justify it will be financed through a provision covered by the National Treasury included in the General Budget of the Nation.
