Article 1. - Approve the agreement on the construction of pipelines, signed on February 6, 1941 in the city of Montevideo, by the Republics Argentina, Bolivia, the United States of Brazil, Paraguay and Eastern Uruguay, on the occasion of the Regional Conference of the Silver Countries.
