TASES AND TARIFAS FOR PRESTATION OF POSTAL SERVICES AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS.

BUENOS AIRES, September 29, 1948

The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.

ARTICLE 1. The executive branch shall establish rates and rights for the provision of postal and telecommunications services and shall set the respective rates.

ARTICLE 2. - The Executive Power is authorized to extend the expenditure budget of the General Post and Telecommunications Administration, in the amount permitted by the largest collections from the modifications applicable under the provisions of this Law.

ARTICLE 3. All provisions opposing this Law are repealed.
