WHY:
The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, sanction with force
LEY:
ARTICLE 1 - Créase a federal court with seat in Paso de los Libres, province of Corrientes, which will have jurisdiction in the departments of Paso de los Libres, Monte Caseros, San Martín, Santo Tomé, Curuzú Cuatiá, Mercedes and Sauce.
ARTICLE 2 The federal court established by article 1, shall have the same staff, salaries and expenses as that of Corrientes.
ARTICLE 3o - As long as the expenditure incurred in the performance of this law is not included in the budget, general income shall be charged to it.
ARTICLE 4o - Contact the Executive.
Given in the session hall of the Argentine Congress, in Buenos Aires, on the twenty-nine days of the month of September of the year thousand nine hundred forty-nine.
