WHY:

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress sanction with force of LEY: ARTICLE 1 El Instituto Argentino de Promoción del Intercambio, la Junta Nacional de Carnes y la Comisión Nacional de Grains and Elevators will perform their duties under the Ministry of State of Economics. ARTICLE 2 The National Council of Education will be relied directly on by the Ministry of State of Education, as the General Directorate of Primary Education. ARTICLE 3 The Ministry of the Ministry of State of National Defence will be responsible for carrying out its mission with the General Staff of Coordination; the Secretariat of the National Defence Council; the General Command of the Interior, with the exception of the Headquarters Master General of the Interior and its units; the General Directorate of Military Manufactures and more agencies established by the Executive. ARTICLE 4 Defrost the legal provisions that oppose this law. ARTICLE 5 Contact the Executive.
