in Congress, etc.
SANCIONA WITH FORCE OF LEY.

Article 1.- The Executive Power may, by itself or by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Nation, apply sanctions for breaches of existing legal rules or to be issued, which are within the competence of that State Secretariat.

Art. 2.- The pending cases at the time of the promulgation of this Act shall be resolved by the officials to whom jurisdiction is agreed upon in accordance with the provisions of the preceding article.

Art. 3.- The provisions of this Act must be understood without prejudice to the authorization granted to the Executive Power by the Act No. 13.906.
