WHY:
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, sanction with force
LEY:
ARTICLE 1 - Créase the Parque Nacional Río Pilcomayo in the national territory of Formosa, whose limits will be: to the Northwest the southern arm of the Rio Pilcomayo from Puerto Ramos to its confluence with the north arm of the same river; to the northeast the River Pilcomayo to the meridian 57o 58'''; to the east, this meridian; to the south, the parallel 25° 10', from the straight line
( Limits of the Rio Pilcomayo National Park replaced by art. 1 Act No. 17.915 B.O. 11/10/1968) ARTICLE 2 The Rio Pilcomayo National Park will be located in all its extension, within the security zones of the Nation, thus facilitating compliance with the provisions of Decree 15.385/44 (Law 12.913) in article 4o.
