WHY:

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, assembled in Congress, are strongly sanctioned by LEY: ARTICLE 1 O The Ministry of the Secretariat of State for Economic Affairs, with the competence and powers contained in article 1 of Decree No. 20.447/47 and Chapter I of the Regulations of the National Economic Council, approved by Decree No. 32.063/47 of the National Executive.

ARTICLE 2 . Substitute the current denomination of the Ministry of State of Economy by the Ministry of State of Foreign Trade.

Article 3 . Authorize the National Executive Branch to set the cost budget of the Ministry of State of Economic Affairs, incorporating to that end the corresponding credit in the General Budget of the Nation for the current exercise, with charge to the General Revenue resources.
