EXENTION. - School Cooperative Associations.

LEY No. 14.613

Sanctioned: September 30, 1958.

Promulgated: November 3, 1958.

WHY:

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force

LEY:

ARTICLE 1 - The School Cooperative Associations, which will henceforth be exempt from the payment of seals of performance, taxes, fees and rights in the acts and actions that they make specifically for schools of any order that operate in the country, will be declared public good entities.

ARTICLE 2 - Contact the Executive.

Given in the meeting room of the Argentine Congress in Buenos Aires, 30 September 1958.
